Retail packages — SME specializations
Choose one of seven business specializations. Each reuses an existing foundation and its instructions.
Water Refilling
Retail checkout is available. Optional container issue/return balances are available in Specialist operations; deposit liability and rider delivery reconciliation remain planned.
Optional staff/chair appointments and visit progress are available. Service billing remains separate; salon checkout, phase planning and stylist commissions remain planned.
Optional kg/piece intake, bag codes, production/QC and verified bag handover are available. Specialist pricing, payment-enforced release and checkout remain planned.
Jobs, billing and optional vehicle intake, work-authorization evidence, QC and operational release are available. Item-level authorizations, bay planning and specialist checkout remain planned.
Retail checkout, the native Android retail app and optional order pick/pack/handover evidence are available. Payments remain manually confirmed; physical peripherals need validation.
Quotes, work evidence, billing and optional staff/site visits are available. Unified reception checkout, variations and construction billing need further work.
Every manual receipt, sale fulfillment and purchase receipt retains a quantity movement. Out-of-stock items stay visible.
Balances you can review
Issued invoices and receipts create customer or supplier balances. Receipts and payments post balanced journals against the linked customer or supplier record.
People with the right access
Owners assign department roles. Payroll requires independent approval; catalog operators can work without access to financial reports.
Reports you can take with you
Choose columns in retail balances and export CSV. Export payroll runs and print internal payslips for review.
Pricing & setup
Choose your foundation. Discuss your rollout.
Dedicated retail pricing is reviewed with your module requirements. Trial consultation requests go to our platform team; they do not automatically activate a trial or subscription.
Online manual-tender checkout, variants, fractional quantities, lots/serials, quotes, reservations, deposits and reviewed replenishment are available. VAT/fiscal certification, statutory rate tables, supplier bill variances, online stores and external integrations need further development or provider setup.
