Subscription, extras and offline activation handbook

Use this guide for all industry packages and their specialized workflows. Your business license, issued key and accepted quote show your actual access, allowances and dates.

1. Review your license

  1. Sign in through Business sign in using the owner account.
  2. Open Administration → License & subscription.
  3. Review the package, available platforms, branch/register allowances, expiry and grace end dates. Trial defaults are seven days with three days of grace; issued terms can differ.

Existing businesses retain their current terms until explicitly enrolled. A selected foundation or workflow alone does not purchase a subscription or grant staff permissions.

2. Choose a package and add extras

  1. Open Industry packages & purchases → Choose a cloud package / renewal quote.
  2. Choose the package and billing cycle, then configure additional register or staff allowances. Portfolio rental packs and hotel room packs are available on their matching packages.
  3. Request an exact PHP quote. Check its itemized extras, tax treatment, total, validity and effective dates before paying.

For a desktop one-time purchase, ask platform support for an exact quote with the purchased version and agreed allowances. Prices and selectable extras come from the current catalog; this handbook does not replace a quote.

3. Submit payment or extend access

  1. Read the official payment instructions shown with the quote. If payment is unavailable or the recipient is not configured, contact platform support first.
  2. Pay the exact quoted amount using an available channel, then enter the transaction reference and submit it for verification.
  3. Review Payment history for the decision. Submitting a reference does not activate or extend access.
  4. After approval, check the updated license dates. An offline installation also needs its matching signed activation or renewal key imported locally.

Cloud renewals are manual; future renewals begin after the current paid period. Desktop purchases permanently license the purchased version without a subscription. Updates and support are separately quoted. Existing USD agreements remain visible under legacy terms.

4. Activate an offline permanent purchased version

Full customer and Super Admin offline activation handbook

  1. Open the installed app's local business and licensing setup. Create or select the intended local business, then copy its installation request.
  2. Provide that request to the platform administrator. The administrator can use Offline licenses to issue directly for this local request without creating/selecting a cloud tenant, after verifying the purchase and customer ownership.
  3. Transfer the issued key or license file to that installation and import it through the app's activation controls.
  4. Check the displayed business, purchased version and enabled installed features. Use the existing business and installation so its saved records are retained. Native Android permanent support starts with 1.3.0-preview; the exact purchased build must match.

A key enables supported features already present in that app build. It does not install missing software or download cloud records. A key for another business or device must not be reused. If signing or issuer trust is unavailable, contact support for a compatible release.

Full Desktop0.4.0 creates a local business and a stable trial reference offline (7 days plus3 days grace). When connected, it sends business details and installation proof to register a Local-generated tenant. Super Admin verifies the owner, enrolls the matching cloud package and checks Cloud. Only then are records and attachments uploaded as a read-only reporting copy. Desktop remains primary. Retries resume incomplete uploads and never replace the last completed copy until every chunk passes validation. Local passwords and integration secrets are excluded. Current snapshot limits:50MB per run,10MB per attachment.

If access or checkout is blocked

Check the license state and dates, the selected foundation and counter workflow, staff checkout permission, and register allocation. Local-only trial availability depends on the installed release. Network sign-in additionally requires a reachable ERP API; browser POS requires its server.

Keep a backup of local records before replacing or reinstalling an app. Use specialized POS handbooks for daily counter steps and industry handbooks for foundation setup.
